MDP FEES AND SPNSORSHIP

The Programme fee covers expenses for lodging, boarding, programme material & kit, library & computer use and field visit of short duration. Organizational sponsorship is essential for participation in all the programmes.

CAMPUS FACILITIES

The Institute’s campus is located on a hilltop at Nehru Nagar, southeast of Bhopal. The site is crowned by a garland of water-bodies on three sides. The building complex includes academic complex, library & computer centre, hostel and mess, administration and accounts wings. The academic complex includes classrooms, MDP halls and faculty blocks. The architectural design of the building complex provides an environment for the academic pursuance and social interaction.

COMPUTER CENTRE

The IIFM Computer Centre has state-of-art hardware and software resources to support diverse computing needs of the faculty members and students. The computer centre is equipped with state-of-the-art GIS and Remote Sensing software for Geo-informatics applications.  Computing support, Internet and email facilities are provided round the clock to the academic community. 

LIBRARY

The IIFM Library and Information Service has collection of 35000 books and other publications in the area of forestry, ecology, environment and management science. The Library subscribes to about 200 journals and magazines including 50 journals of foreign origin.

ACCOMODATION

The institute has well equipped air-conditioned lecture rooms and comfortable on-campus air-conditioned board and lodging arrangements for the Management Development Programme participants.
